My name is Erin and I am a Professional Basketball Player. Now I know what your thinking. And the answer is YES, it is very cool to be a Pro Athlete. Why wouldn't it be? You get paid well, You get to see the world, meet new people and start friendships that last a life time. For me being a Pro is all that and more and I am forever grateful. However, Basketball has also taken me to some very dark places in the world. Places that you think could not be possible to survive. It has opened my eyes to understand the real world.
